A yesterday. I search for information on the ASICS Women's 1140 V Volleyball Shoe, so i would like to describe here.
I bought these shoes because I was on a quest to find a pair of crosstrainers that would work for high-impact aerobics, plyometrics, lateral movement, etc.. I was having a terrible time finding something that doesn't flop up and down on my heals (say during lunges) and provided enough side support for high intensity cardio. I know that these should be ' volleyball ' shoes-but why stop there! These fit my needs and are comfortable.
